Practice owners and medical directors

Does it work with my ultrasound?

ProbeAI is designed to work with the ultrasound equipment already in your practice. It connects to the machine's video output and runs on a ProbeAI-provided iPad. We confirm your configuration during setup.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per practice and depends on its size and the protocols you use. There is no hardware to buy, and we go through it on the call.

How does setup work?

We confirm your equipment configuration first, then ship the iPad and the connection. No software is installed on your machine.

We are an emergency or urgent-care hospital. Does this work for us?

Yes, for supported protocols. ProbeAI puts the guidance on screen for whoever is on shift and trained on the protocol.

We are a multi-doctor or multi-site group. Does it scale?

Each site needs one iPad and one connection per ultrasound. The protocols and the guidance language are the same everywhere.

Will our radiologist or teleradiology service still be needed?

Yes, if that is how your practice reviews studies today. ProbeAI guides how images are acquired, not who reviews them.

Veterinarians

Does ProbeAI diagnose?

No. ProbeAI guides the exam. The veterinarian makes the diagnosis. It does not read, grade or report findings.

Which scans does it guide?

The full abdominal exam for dogs and cats. Each organ has its own protocol, with its required views and a starting landmark.

What if the operator can't find the organ?

Short coaching moments appear when they're needed: ease the pressure, add gel, return to the landmark, search again.

Does it change how my machine is set up?

No. It takes the video output and leaves your presets, probes and settings alone.

Who can use it?

Veterinarians and veterinary technicians, after onboarding and protocol-specific training. Clinical use follows your practice policies and veterinarian oversight.

Veterinary technicians

Do I need prior ultrasound experience?

No. ProbeAI is designed for veterinary team members with little to no ultrasound experience. Onboarding and protocol-specific training are required to get started, and the cues then guide you one step at a time.

What are the four cues?

Slide, rock, fan and rotate: the four standard probe motions. ProbeAI gives one at a time, with an arrow that moves as you do.

Does it replace learning?

No. You do the scan; the screen shows the next motion. Training and clinical judgment remain necessary.

Do I use the machine differently?

No. Pick the protocol on the iPad, then use your machine as you always have.
