Terms of use.

Effective date: October 22, 2026. These terms cover the probeai.ai website. Use of the ProbeAI product in a practice is governed by the practice's separate agreement with ProbeAI.

Who we are

ProbeAI ("we", "us") operates probeai.ai. You can reach us at support@probeai.ai. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who the site is for

This site is for veterinary professionals and practices in the United States who want to learn about ProbeAI. It is not directed at pet owners seeking care for an animal.

Information, not veterinary advice

Everything on this site is general information about ProbeAI and veterinary ultrasound. It is not veterinary or medical advice, and it does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. ProbeAI guides the exam. The veterinarian makes the diagnosis. Clinical decisions remain with the veterinarian, under your practice's policies and your state's veterinary practice act.

Illustrative content

Product screens on this site are illustrative. They are not clinical images and do not show a real patient. Product details may change as ProbeAI develops.

The ProbeAI product

Using ProbeAI in a practice requires onboarding, protocol-specific training and veterinarian oversight, and is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty or a commitment about the product. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. That includes submitting false or someone else's information in our forms, trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or copying site content at scale for commercial use.

Ownership

The site's text, design, illustrations and the ProbeAI name and logo belong to ProbeAI. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial use, with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission.

iPad is a trademark of Apple Inc. HDMI is a trademark of HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc. Other names belong to their owners. ProbeAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services, including Formspree for forms and Google Calendar for booking, and may link to other websites. Those services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ProbeAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which ProbeAI is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle information you submit through the site.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
